At The Green Door of TN, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality legal hemp products and outstanding customer service. To ensure that your order is delivered to you in a timely and secure manner, we have established the following shipping policies:
Shipping Rates and Options: We offer free shipping on all orders over $60 within the "CONUS" United States. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail, which typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
Processing Time: We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days after they are received. However, this processing time may be longer during peak ordering periods or if we are experiencing a high volume of orders.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.
International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Restrictions: Certain states and municipalities we do not ship to due to laws and regulations that prohibit the sale of Delta 8 THC. Check with your local municipality and state to ensure the product is able to be purchased and used prior to purchase.
Age Verification: We require all customers to be at least 21 years old to purchase our THC products. By placing an order with The Green Door of TN, you are confirming that you meet this requirement. All THC Products excluding FSO oil also require a USPS 21yo signature verification. The $10 USPS 21 age verification fee is waived on orders over $100. This fee is separate from the shipping fee that we waive at $60.
